As you all know our main workshop is based in Henderson, but we have our second main repair center based on Mount Wellington Sylvia Park Shopping Mall as well, and also our collection points are based on all around the Auckland. You can find our collection points inside Albany, Manukau and St Lukes Westfield Shopping Malls, As well as inside the LynnMallShopping Center. Still if you have any difficulties to bring your computer to us, our Mobile Computer Support Service covers the Greater Auckland Area if you would prefer a technician to come to you. If you are located outside of Auckland, you can also send your computer to us and we will repair your PC and courier it back to you. |

All hardware repairs undertaken by OmniTech come with a 90 days guarantee. If you face the same problem ones we fixed your device within 90 days, we will fix your problem again for free.
All of our inspection fee charge will be deducted in the final repair cost and only if you pay this fee in advance when you submitted your device for repair. |
