Dealership Term and Condition
When creating a Dealership Account with Omnitech you will assign an initial password. You are responsible for the security of your account. In the event of any unauthorized access to an account, Omnitech must be promptly notified in writing or by telephone. You will be responsible for any costs incurred until such time as Omnitech has been notified.
An Account is approved on the basis that you¡¯re Company use Omnitech solely for you¡¯re out of warranty mobile phone repairs and unlocking services; this is in place to protect our Company, Name, Quality-Of-Service, Parts/Components and Customers.
An Account cannot be assigned or transferred to another party without the express permission of Omnitech.
You agree to accept all costs incurred by your account, as stated in the description of the each service, and to pay such costs either by the date due or in advance, as required by the type of service.
Notices, warnings, alerts, invoices and statements from Omnitech will be sent by means of electronic mail and also with post to the address associated with each Account. It is the responsibility of the Account Holder to ensure this electronic mail address and postal address is kept up to date and that mail sent to it will be read and if necessary acted upon in a timely manner.
Tax Invoice/Statements are sent by electronic mail each month for services and/or goods supplied and are payable by the 20th of the month in which they are issued. A Tax Invoice/Statement will continue to be sent each month showing the current balance of your account, you may also be contacted by phone for account reminders.
We reserve the right to refer any unpaid account to a Debt Collection Agency. Once the matter has been referred to them, you will become liable for any and all collection fees including the Agency fees and commission we would have to pay for this service.
