Out of Warranty Repairs
Mobile phone dealers and retailers often find themselves with large amounts of Out of Warranty repairs building up. It is often more expensive to repair even within New Zealand and often render the stock as dead. However, at Omni Tech; we will give these mobile phones a second chance!

Beyond Economical Repair
Handsets deemed beyond economical repair cannot be repaired and you will be charged only inspection fee, you will not be slapped big a huge repair bill or have any surprises.

Warranty of Repair
Omni Tech Limited will provide 90 days warranty on all specific repair done. If the same fault repeats three times after being repair, we will give you a full refund but the inspection fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any cirumstances as actual inspection had been conducted.

Liquid/Water Damaged Phone Repair
Omni Tech can repair liquid damaged phone but there is NO WARRANTY on any water damaged repair, for more information please read here.

Apple iPhone/iPod/iPad Repair
Omni Tech can repair any of your iphone fault with any generation and unlock any version of your iphone, if you encounter any problem with your iphone or ipod or iPad and wish to send in to us for repair please read this Apple iPhone/iPod/iPad Repair Disclaimer - AIRD make sure you understand and agree before you submit your iphone or ipod to us.

If you need your mobile phone to be repaired or needs professional inspection for insurance claim purpose; you are welcome to contact our Service Centre directly or send in your device via courier.

DATA LOSS WARNING
Please be aware that part of the test and repair procedure for mobile phone, PDA phones or other equipment may require and include upgrading the unit's software and/or the replacement of components that store data, settings and other content or contact information.  Wheather to upgrade any software or replace any component in the test and repair process is extremely at the discretion of Omni Tech Ltd unless specifically instructed otherwise in writing by the customer.


It is strongly recommended you backup all data before sending in any equipment for service.


Any instruction NOT to delete data must be in writing on the Service Request Form and signed by the customer.


 (1) The term "DATA" means to include but is not limited to:
       Phone number / Contact Lists / Calender or Diary content
       Text Messages / PXT messages / other Graphic Images or Files
       Personalised phone settings / Ringtones / Logo etc
       WAP / Internet settings / Downloaded material of any kind / GPS


 (2) The term "Customer" means the person or entity actually submitting
       equipment for service and repair regardless of ownership of the
       equipment.  It is a condition of the Customer submitting and Omni
       Tech Ltd receiving any equipment for repair that the Customer
       understands this warning regarding potentioal data loss.  This
       warning applies to any person or business submitting equipment for
       repair.  In all cases Omni Tech Ltd assumes the Customer is
       authorised to submit such equipment for reapir and the Customer
       accepts responsibility under this notice. 


Omni Tech Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any such of data should it occur during the test and repair procedure, nor for any consequential personal or business loss including goodwill or wasted expenditure or any indirect or consequential loss. 


If you are unsure of the meaning of this notice please discuss it with our staff BEFORE you hand over equipment for service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please remove your Sim Card and Memory Card when submitting your device for repair or unlock.  Omni Tech Ltd will not be responsible for lost or misplaced Sim Card or Memory Card
